  Compassionate and thorough. Been talking my cat to Hillcrest and they never did my cats blood pressure and my cat has double what is normal blood pressure and dogwood found it and now she is on medication to get it back to normal. High blood pressure can cause stroke, blindness, heart attack, ear perforations and death not to mention discomfort. Dogwood also found kidney disease which requires a lower protein prescription diet and Hillcrest had her on high protein over the counter diet and that would have caused kidney failure much quicker. Definitely recommended. Ill never take my pets to Hillcrest again. If its first time going to dogwood mondays and Tuesdays are easier days to get in fast if necessary but they deal with emergency visits promptly. My cat is 17 years old and im glad now i took her to dogwood because her quality of life will be much better now.
