  Went back to Napleton after some less than satisfying experience a few years back. Worked with Dan Timmel and Chris Loch and had outstanding assistance. Result was lease of 2018 CR-V. Their support and assistance throughout the process was excellent. Happy to give 5 star review. Highly recommend Dan if you go to Napleton Honda.

  My husband and I were at your location a few weeks ago and received wonderful service. We were there for service on our car and realized that we were going to need to purchase another vehicle. Casey immediately started working with us to try to find us a car. She took the time to listen to what we needed and then she went over and above trying to find us the perfect car. Unfortunately we were relocating out of the state and ran out of time. However because we received such excellent service at the Mercedes-Benz in Rockford we went to the Mercedes-Benz in our new area because of the exceptional service we received in Rockford. We were able to purchase our vehicle from the Mercedes-Benz dealership in our area. Thank you Casey and Mercedes-Benz for your excellent service.
