  I received quality work (and I paid for it), but the customer service was terrible. The manager was extremely touchy and defensive both times I went there. He can be very condescending. The first time, after opening the transmission, he found the problem was something different (and smaller) than he first suspected. He took the credit for saving me money! At least he was honest, I guess. The second time, he marked up the part by over 60%. The repair was complete on a Friday but I didn't get a call. Tuesday morning, I decided I should go in and see what was going on. He said, "I thought you picked your car up." I pointed to it right out the window. He just gave an excuse, "Well, I'm on 50 phone calls a day..." I mentioned how I had to get rides from my wife and 3 different coworkers since I didn't have my car, because he didn't call. He says, "The phone works both ways." Oh, its all my fault! Wow, never showed any concern for the customer and never took responsibility. What a jerk way to do business. (The two technicians that came out front were very friendly and polite. Maybe they ought to switch places!) You'll get a good repair, but you had better just give him your keys and pay your bill, as, apparently, you have no right to know anything more. His shop is great and they get tons of business, don't worry, he'll tell you!
