  I'm a landlord that took a judgement from a court to the main Manager Kelly in early October 2015. The judgement is against a tenant that has a good job and is garnishable. This is a gravy collection that any collection agency that had a clue what they were doing would be able to start collecting in a relatively short time frame. Kelly told me it would take 30 days to send a demand letter and then they could start garnishing. I called Kelly in January 2016 for a status update. It took several phone calls and leaving several messages to get through. Kelly never bothered to return a single call. Finally on the fifth or sixth attempt I got through to Kelly only to discover that she still hadn't sent out the demand letter. Also during that phone conversation Kelly told me, in a not so polite tone, that she has other customers that come first. The demand letter finally went out in march. I called Kelly in mid June 2016 to see if they had started the garnishment. She gave me some excuses and said it could probably go to the attorney now in order to get the garnishment started. I asked her why wasn't this done back in March and she said well I have other customers. At that point I informed her she has 1 less customer to worry about. If your looking for an honest collection agency I suggest Mutual Management. I have used them in the past. If I would have taken this collection to them from the beginning I be getting payments by now.
